OMG!!! THE BEER!!!

So, had my birthday thing this past saturday... OMG... i got toasted. Apperantly I pontificated on the science of walking. I have a vauge recollection of grabbing an ass or two. And i distinctly remember samcking someones ass, and getting the normal response (some things never change). Everyoen seemed to have had a marvelous time. There was even a comedy act. An honest to god troupe of comedians. I had no idea they were gonna be there. They were pretty funny for the most part. Regina gave me this awesome candle-wall-hangy-thingy (i don't know the actual term). I will find somewhere for it... Damn me and my love of movie posters! And elena showed up, actually didn't expect that. Some people were missed, but no hard feelings. Shit happens, and if it was an intentional snubbing, so be it. Better to have those who want to be there than those who want to be anywhere else but, ya know?

In other news:
Got a new video card, returned the new video card. Shame too. It worked well... for an hour at a time. It would seem it was a member of a union and required 15-20 minutes of break time per every hour used. And if it wasn't given said break? WORK SLOWDOWN!!! Or a complete strike at one point in time. Oh well, it's just inspiration to get the card i REALLY wanted. ATI Radeon 9600 XT *drooooooool*. Going for the built by ATI this time too. No more third party builders. And i got midnight club 2. It's... AWESOME!!!! Highly recommended.

Also realized that I'm prolly gonna be single even longer. Seems that just about any and every love interest i thought would be more than a flash of light off the water and actually pan out... hasn't. And, since history tends to repeat itself, i'm in for a long, long lonely road.

Argh....

Apperantly the comment script i use has single-handedly made my blog load real slow like. So the comments go away again. sorry.

I take that back. Thier server crashed. It happens. It was free... who am i to complain.

It's Jesus' Birthday

So, everything is going as expected. My sister loved her gift card. my brother-in-law was a callous asshole, my nephew is still sleep, and i'm gonna bone the fuck out and watch a movie. ROTK, again. wh00t! then go to keenan and lenora's. While i do like my brother-in-law most of the time... he makes is REAAAAAL hard not to be an ass back. He looked at the gift card, made some snide comment, and tried to give it to my sister. didn't even fucking try to act like he was vaugely happy about it. Fuck it, though. I gave him something, he can use it, or not, or give it away. And next year, i'll not spend over $10 american on his ass. He doesn't know i can be trully evil and give him a 5 dollar gift certificate to Nordstroms... he think's 50 at jc penny's is useless, 5 bucks and Nordstoms won't even get you a pair of socks, fucker.

It's my birthday today. Yay. I'm 26. I'm no longer in my early twenties. I'm borderline mid-late twenties. In 4 years, i'm fresh out of twenties. And you know what?? I COULDN'T CARE LESS!!! I still don't feel old. I'm 26 and i don't give a rats ass. wh00t! Going out to the goth night for sure. gonna do SOMETHING on my birthday.

Had diner with Mikki and Lil' Bitch last night. Was a blast. We my even start a magic: the gathering get together. Some seal pack game. some booster draft. Should be fun.

Realized how much i enjoy Jude's company over the past two weeks of not seeing her. I mean, it's doean't have to go anywhere, really, i'm happy if things get heated or not, really. Which is kinda against the "rules" but, I HAVE known her a while, so it's not like i'd be getting another friend, just a closer version of a previous friend. Therefore, no rules have been broken. HA!

In other news:
So far this christmas has been really good. Had the dinner with my friends for secret santa, that went well. Going to Keenan and Lenora's on christmas day to hang out with them. Should be fun. My family isn't doing much this year. Since my mom passed away, and my brother moverd to Philly, hollidays go over pretty quietly save thanks giving. Which is fine, got pretty wore out with the big hollidays anyhow. Outside the whole lonesome love life thing, things are going pretty well (which is pretty much par for the course). Got rid of this monstrous phone I recieved on a phone insurance thing i did. Now i'm back to the nice, compact, feature fille nokia 8390. wh00t. Kinda digging the blogger thing more than live journal. Also resolved to get my webpage in order. Think that's the only resolution I'm gonna make this year. Can't wait for New Years, promises to be a blast and a half! Appearantly more than one person reads this, but i'm not gonna start overly censoring now. I'll change names (as always) but not events. Thin veil, but enough to avoid a "scene". Going to the Goth night tomorrow, since i don't work thursday. wh00t, yet again. Got invited to a RPG with another group. Don't know if i should say yes. It's a sunday game, which gives me a game every other friday, every saturday, and every sunday. that's alot of gamming, even for me. I think, due to my hesitation, i'll decline. If i was excited about it, i'd just dsay yes. But the person asking is someone i'd love to game with... argh... JUST. DON'T. KNOW. And I've decided that Hanna is out the running. She's flaked hard too many times, AND she doesn't return calls. Saw LotR: RotK. AWESOME! GO! GO NOW! I'll GO WITH YOU! it's THAT kind of awesome.
